Cannot publish Sites

HI

I have Plesk & Sitebuilder installed. Latest builds.

When customers try to view the sites they are creating in the sitebuilder app, the preview page and the publishing page tries to publish to the servers ip address. This is no good, as it's a private IP address and the server is behind a firewall.

Both the IP address and site address in sitebuilder are set to webserver.isp.bm.

Obviously the Sitebuilder app is getting the ip address from the DNS Server, that will not do either as I do NOT allow numerical URL's

Is there a fix / workaround for this??

This happens from within either the Plesk CP or the Sitebuilder CP.

Actually, opening sitebuilder from the Plesk CP does the same

ie - http://192.168.100.24:2006/ExternalLogin.ashx (actual url from trying to open the sitebuilder app from Plesk CP.
