It seems that you're running CentOS 8. Is that right?

CentOS 8 has been discontinued. It's recommended to convert Alma Linux.

Yes, true. Had to update dnf config files to point to a valid mirror first using the sed commands, which worked at updating Plesk first, then finally I will migrate to Alma.
