Hi, Kelvin.

As I understand you are looking for a solution for Sitebuilder v.3 but which OS - Windows or Linux? How much sites are you going to have? Requirements depends on number of users which will use the product.
First of all check requirements lists:
http://www.swsoft.com/en/products/sitebuilder3/reqs/
http://www.swsoft.com/en/products/sitebuilder/win/reqs/

on the website you can also find documentation how to install Sitebuilder:
http://www.swsoft.com/en/products/sitebuilder3/docs/
http://www.swsoft.com/en/products/sitebuilder/win/docs/

After reading documentation you can also check forum and then try to install it by yourself. I hope you will get success in it.
