Question How to disable smarterstats from specific subscriptions?

his for

New Pleskian
I'm trying to disable smarterstats from specific subscriptions to free up licenses, but I can't find it. I've disabled stats in the hosting plan and let it finish with the sync. Yet every subscription tied to that hosting plan still has a smarterstats site.

So how is it supposed to be done?

  1. Log into your server as the administrator.
  2. Using Window Explorer, navigate to the installation folder for the SmarterMail service (by default C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterStats\MRS\App_Data\Configservice).
  3. Make a backup of the file AppConfig.xml.
  4. Open the AppConfig.xml file with Notepad.
  5. Find and delete these lines:
    • <licenseKey></licenseKey>
    • <activation></activation>
  6. Save the file and then close it.
  7. Stop and Start the SmarterStats Service.
