Contribution PHP Panda! Multi-PHP installer for Plesk

Release Notes
After seeing a lot of people struggle with implementing Redis for PHP 7.0 (And indeed, this is not easy with 7.0), this release adds Redis, Igbinary, and APCU modules for the Centos 7 platforms. Redis will automatically be added to the installation when you upgrade the php-panda package on your system. You can upgrade php-panda with:

yum upgrade php-panda

Changelog
