Well, out of the blues my plesk mobile manager started complaining about two different plesk servers; "no power pack installed!".
According to this KB https://kb.plesk.com/en/120768 there is no such thing for plesk 12.5 latest and I should be set (as I was!). Even when I purchased some unnecessary powerpack I ended up with the same error message. The only thing has changed is that I updated my IOS to latest 10.0.2 but I don't see how is that relevant.
Thoughts?
Also, for such technical issues that is related directly to the product we pay for, do we get any official support or just forum support?
