Plesk Upgrade to 11.0.9

Thanks for response, yes everything is back and running now. How can i get a root access to connect via ssh. Are same credentials going to work for ssh which i use to login into plesk panel?

Actually i am working for some client, he has given me credentials to access plesk panel which he says are of an administrator and he doesn't have any other as well. and those credentials don't work with ssh either... don't understand how this can be fixed.

Plesk admin account is not equal Linux root user account. They are two different and not related accounts.
I would suggest you hire experienced Linux administrator.
