I purchased installation of the Application Pack as well as the Profesional Web Site Builder add-on for my Plesk7. It is only partially completed and many of the included applications are still not installed. Site builder is installed but does not work. I can log in and see the screen for adding or editing files however no files are displayed. At the bottom is says "cannot connect"
I have tried a number of times to get Plesk to fix these issues. I paid for these applications and somehow think they should work.
Has anyone else had issues with support from Plesk on new installations?
