  • Inviting everyone to the UX test of a new security feature in the WP Toolkit
For WordPress site owners, threats posed by hackers are ever-present. Because of this, we are developing a new security feature for the WP Toolkit. If the topic of WordPress website security is relevant to you, we would be grateful if you could share your experience and help us test the usability of this feature. Unable to enable domain due to Tomcat slush

madsere

Regular Pleskian
We used to install Tomcat and enable it for clients, but due to a combination of lack of demand, high resource usage and limited support we no longer offer this. The Tomcat modules were subsequently removed from the server.

In general this has not caused any problem except now a domain which was temporarily suspended can no longer be enabled. When we try to enable the domain we get this error:

Error: Unable to activate/deactivate domain: domainmng failed: domainmng: /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/tomcatmng execution failed:
I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/usr/share/tomcat5/conf/server.xml"
tomcatmng: Document /usr/share/tomcat5/conf/server.xml not parsed successfully

System error 2: No such file or directory
domainmng: Error while turn on tomcat service on domain domain.com

If I go to the domain, Tomcat is already disabled.

Will some kind soul please let us know how to fix this. I think it's probably just a matter of updating/deleting a record in the PSA database - but which?
