  • Inviting everyone to the UX test of a new security feature in the WP Toolkit
For WordPress site owners, threats posed by hackers are ever-present. Because of this, we are developing a new security feature for the WP Toolkit. If the topic of WordPress website security is relevant to you, we would be grateful if you could share your experience and help us test the usability of this feature. We invite you to join us for a 1-hour online session via Google Meet. Select a convenient meeting time with our friendly UX staff here.

Issue Unable to login to plesk dashboard despite imputing the right informations

Where do you try to login, which information is given and which error message is being displayed?

I understand you are trying to login to the Plesk GUI.
- Is "Error fetching ..." the exact phrase and only that short phrase that is displayed when you open the https://<your hostname>:8443 page? So that you do not see the login page?
- Can you see the login page and enter your credentials and after clicking the login button you see only "Error fetching ..." with nothing more?
