Decrypt password

Corné

New Pleskian
Since plesk11 the password of the horde webmail are encrypted in the database which is a good feature.

But now i'm wondering if there is a way to decrypt this passwords for support cases of our customers? Does anyone has an solution for this or is it not possible at all?

If you enabled Enhanced security that actually encrypts the passwords, then its not possible to reverse the process, unfortunately!

My old network admin used to decrypt the passwords so there is a way to do it. He just kept that secret close to his heart.
