In order to verify ownership of my site for Google, Googles want an inserted script on the homepage. Since I can not see any script at all with Sitebuilder, I wonder how do this?

Google usually offers two options to verify ownership of a website.
One is to add a piece of HTML code to your template (which I'm guessing is impossible in the website builder), and the other is login to your hosting account and create a new File, then name it as per Google's instructions.
This is probably the easiest, as long as you have access to your hosting account.
