Question Remove links in first level pages

Hello,
I want to remove some links in the navigation bar but keep the fields, so that the field just works as an "opener" for the lower level links. I attached a picture to make this more clear: I want to remove the link from the field "Schulhund Polly" but keep the field. Can you give some advise?
