Whats up with these page names? When are we going to be able to name them correctly?

This will be fixed in Sitebuilder 4.2 HF1 or Sitebuilder 4.2 HF2 (in 1-2 months)

This fix will only include correct autonaming of new pages: Page1, Page2, etc...
It will not fix existing filenames (you will be able to delete and add page again to get correct name)
It will not include functionality to change filenames. It is planned in of the next major SB releases.
