User's unable to login

New Pleskian
We have Parallels Plesk Panel version 9.2.1. I hope I'm explaining this right. Our customers can't login to their respective Domain Administrator Access. I checked each accounts settings and Domain Administrator Access is allowed and turned on. I've also reset their passwords, but still didn't work. I tried logging in using FTP with their credentials and that worked. So that proves that the account username/password is correct. I logged in using our admin user/pass access and that logs me in. We even restarted the server just to see if it's a glitch. Nothing.

Can anyone shed a light into this? Thanks!
