you can ignore the informations about the "does NOT match server name", because you will always get this issue, if you use initial Plesk certificates. Such issues disappear, when you are going to create and install your own ones.
If you use dig, please use additional strings in order to list the DNS entries saved on your initial nameserver ( in your case the ones from Strato ):
As you can see with the command, there is no DNS entry for "webmail.yourdomain.com" at the moment and as well, a trace to your desired webmail - domain has no results.
