Hello,
I'm running Plesk 7.5.4 on RHEL 3 with SiteBuilder 2.1.3 Build 06032217.
I'm having a problem with SiteBuilder.
I can't manage any site, after clicking on SiteBuilder's "Site Management" icon or on the Plesk's Remote Admin's "Domain Administrators" icon, nothing happens, I receive a blank page.
All other icons work fine.
There is no error in the Apache's error_log.
I have tried to restart everything, including the server.
I have checked the MySQL "sitebuilder"'s tables, everythink looks OK.
Running the "show processlist" in MySQL I can see some weird info:
Id User Host db Command Time State Info
77 sb_user localhost sitebuilder Sleep 71 NULL
...
There are several lines like this one, and it appears that a new one is added to this list everytime I try to call one of the pages that are having problems.
I'm having problems with Remote Admin for a long time.
Sometimes one of the "Domain Administrators" result pages simply doesn't work. The page before and after works fine. After some time, it starts to work again.
It looks like an MySQL problem, but I'm not sure.
Does anyone have a tip on this issue?
Thank you.
Alexandre
