How to renew licence for Parallels Plesk Control Panel 8.6.0?

8.6 user

New Pleskian
Hello everyone. I have a big problem with my web hoster. For various reason (mainly because of outdated software that cannot be upgraded and a huge database very difficult to convert in new formats), I have to use an old version of plesk CP, Parallels Plesk Control Panel 8.6.0 Everythinh had been working fine for years, but since two days, it's impossible to log in on the CP. My hoster told me that it was due to a licence renewal problem, and that he could'nt manage to renew the licence for Pesk CP 8.6.0. Since this version of Plesk has been running on the server for nearly 15 years, I assume my hoster had a permanent licence and not one that required to be renewed each year. Can this type of licence expire, and is there a way to renew it (even if it was, which seems unlikely), an annual licence?
Thanks very much for your answers.
