Need help setting up hyperlinks

Help!!! I am having quite a problem trying to figure out how to set up a hyperlink to a file to the /wwwroot where I have my PDF's I want to link to. I am using 4.0 version via Dotster Sitebuilder. Any ideas?

Actually, you can link only external files (you can share file somewhere and use direct http link to it) or you can also use File Download module for these purposes.
