    Issue .NET Toolkit suddenly stopped working

    i have a similar problem on almalinux 9 .NET toolkit version 2.1.12-2046 where Phusion Passenger can't deploy my app with error but i still can run it using the dotnet /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxx/xxxxxx command without a problem even tried the default template project and the same thing all of them...
