    I'm now seeing this when I login to plesk backup manager. Seems to explain the issues, but is a little out of my area of knowledge.... Does it mean anything meaningful to anyone on here? Thanks. Alan

    Thanks, but no differnet. I created a customer instead of using my admin account, then I created a subscription for them, activated it, logged in as the user, uploaded the archive..same result..nothing :( Log from this import attached. thanks.
