    Resolved No FTP connection - PLESK ONYX 17.8.11

    Hi, I had the same problem. I disabled the firewall and then it worked. Go to Tools & Settings -> Security -> Firewall. I think there is another way, but I have not tested it. See the link below: Passive FTP connection does not work after enabling Plesk Firewall
