The first screenshot is about DNS misconfiguration: domain name is not linked to a site. You have to check that the domain name points to the Plesk server at domain name registrar.

According to the provided error messages, it seems there is some incompatibility between WordPress Toolkit and "levelup-core" plugin. Do you know anything additional about the plugin: where to take it from, how was it installed to WordPress site, are there any customizations in WordPress site...

Actually it depends on Duplicator plugin implementation. I don't think these security restrictions should cause any issues, but who knows. The only way to know is to install the plugin and actually try backup/restore/move.

Are there any errors in Plesk logs? Could you also check response to HTTP request sent when you submit the form at "Network" tab of developer console in your browser?

Screenshots are generated with shots.plesk.com service. Unfortunately, IP address of the service is dynamic and there is no specific IP address to exclude in firewall settings. I've created an issue EXTWPTOOLK-8850. Unfortunately I doubt it could be resolved soon.
