Ah, got it. I didn't see that because both (standard and individual defined mailbox size were the same). If I set all to standard size it works as expected. Thank you for your help!
Hello Peter, thank your for your answer. I'm sorry for the hassle - I tried to reduce the size in the subscription of the customer, not in the service plan. That's why I'm wondering that it does not work. None of his mailboxes exceeds the new limit.
Hello,
I want to reduce the mailbox size in one subscription. In the subscription I choose "customize" and change the value. Then I choose "Update & lock". However, this message appears:
"Unable to set the required resource usage limit (10 GB Mailbox size) because the new value is less than the...

Hello everyone,
I upgraded my Server from Debian 9 to 10 and Plesk 17.0.53 to Plesk 18.0.42 recently. PHP 5.6 was removed by doing this. However, there is a broken handler in the PHP handler list. I can't delete it. What I have done so far:
# plesk bin php_handler --reread
The information...
OK, one server screw up php. There had been old handlers in the list, it couldn't be updated through php_handler: PHP Handlers - there had been old config files in the plesk directory for php handlers /etc/psa/php_versions.d
After I removed the php5* files, updated the php handlers list and...
Wow, had two funny rodeo rides tonight again with plesk :-) Updated my two debian 8.11 servers from 18.0.28 #3 to debian 9.13 and Plesk 18.0.35. Essentially was that I found a mirror where 18.0.28 was available (Index of /plesk-201203/) After updating my plesk.list with that I could start the...
Hm, that's weird. I didn't update manually. So why does Plesk update itself into this state? According to some threads Osidian 18.0.28 # 3 was the last version who supported Debian 8.11 -> e. g. Issue - No version above 18.0.28 available for upgrade and Change Log for Plesk Obsidian
Thanks a lot for your answer.
Yes, that's indeed not surprising - I was just hoping to get rid of the backup bug which was introduced in 18.0.28 (or maybe in 18.0.26) and fixed in I think 18.0.30 #3 without upgrading the OS.
But I did the OS upgrade now and all went well, system seems to work...
