    Thanks, that's really helpful. When I tried to upgrade it last night it was throwing some error about a database upgrade... Didn't pay much attention to it at the time but it might have been ax or something similar. Will give it another go later and may post a new thread if I'm hitting...

    Sorry guys, actually v11 not 12 as I originally thought. In fact, v12 upgrade fails with a database fault.
