Asli Daniels

Mrs. Asli Wright (Daniels), member of the government civilian corps, is a Lead Contracting Officer responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of R&D and commercial contracts. She is DAWIA Level III certified in contracting, certified in program management, and is also a member of the prestigious Defense Acquisition Corps. Mrs. Wright holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University and has completed the Joint Professional Military Education through the U.S. Air Force Air Command and Staff College. Mrs. Wright is also a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserves and is currently assigned as the Future Operations Planner/Foreign Area Officer to a NATO command. Previously, she completed a 14 month long joint duty tour with the Special Operations Command in the Middle East in support of the Operation Enduring Freedom. She is fluent in 4 languages. Special areas of expertise include international security and counterterrorism, security assistance management, and civil-military operations. Her awards include, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal.
