Server is fully up and running with postfix showing no errors anymore once the recipient_canonical_maps was moved to its own line in the main.cf file. Thanks for all the help.

Comparing the updated config I kept a copy of and the original from before the update you are correct, looks like a line break was missed in the update of the file when it tried adding the recipient_canonical_maps = setting since that is not on the original, the classes property was added...
