A Solution I have had this errors message since upgrading to 10.4. whatever and replacing /usr/lib64/php/modules/fileinfo.so and /usr/lib64/php/modules/zip.so with copies off a similar 10.4.something (64bit) plesk that didn't have these errors make sure you backup your originals before...

instead of making your /tmp partition larger - just tell plesk to use some other location http://kb.parallels.com/en/6136
