WordPress Address (URL) cannot be changed. Site Address (URL) is the only one that can be changed. After I changed it, I couldn't log into wordpress backend.

Yeah 'Hmm... can't reach this page' error. Like when you try a link and the website is removed or wrong url, that error. Is that common or removing the website and installing it again might fix the problem?
