SOLVED. Just needed to install plesk-php70-dev package and I was able to compile it

Hi, I use Plesk 12.5.30 on Ubuntu and I have installed PHP 7.0 with in-build installer. On PHP 5 I had imagick extension. Newest version of this extension (3.4.0RC3) supports PHP 7. (https://pecl.php.net/package/imagick) However this extension is not installed by default by plesk PHP7...
