    Apologies Sascha-K if I was being unclear... I was inquiring (to the forum in general) if I should just consider switching to another panel since Parallels seems uninterested in resolving this issue.

    This issue needs to be addressed. It is a problem that will directly effect the Spam reputation of any Plesk Panel 11 host with multiple IP's.
