Assuming you are talking about MS SQL Server:
Download the SQL Server 2008 Management Studio Express:

Or get the latest tools from here (look for "SQL Server Management Studio Express (SQLManagementStudio)")...
Open the following file in your favourite text editor with administrator permissions:
Then search for "X-Powered-By-Plesk" and remove the related XML elements.
