Yes, MySQL is running. Sites on the server that use MySQL are functioning fine, it is only Plesk that is having trouble. It is as if plesk and the psa database itself is where the prom is. When I stop plesk, etc [ /psa stopall ] psa sops without a hitch. Then [ /psa start ] everything starts...
