Would this explanation be valid? Apparently only the users of the ISP Orange are impacted. I think of a malfunction of the CDN. Orange uses Akamai CDN.

Remember : - some users see all hosted website without issues - other users do not see any of the hosted wesites - a subdomain like webmail.domain.com has no problem even if domain.com's website can not be reached (default page by Plesk) - mails are ok (not routing problem then)
