Compiled and Installed in Server side. I uninstalled letsencript. How I can force now to continue the Update ?

UPDATE : Emails are workinkg fine through Thunderbird, so no problems on database. Only Horde webmail have problems with login loop.

I have migrated successfylly my domains in new Server, but now I can't Login to any mail accounts. I have login loop, and nothing is working. Tried to create new mail accounts but still the same problem. Uninstall & Reinstall Horde didn't fix it. If I give wrong password I see the error...
