    We experienced the same issue. We had to upgrade our Plesk instance from Debian 9 to 10 in order to use Argon2i again.

    The issue is related to this issue in SpamAssassin. The bug is not yet finally solved (see last comments there).

    I think this issue is independent of the actual error. Scanning for new installations works fine in our Plesk instance.
