    Resolved On 3 server with plesk I have ERROR: Zend_Db_Adapter_Exception: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002]

    Downgrade did not work, fixed it by upgrading the mysql to 5.6 following: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213403429-How-to-upgrade-MySQL-5-5-to-5-6
