I just wanted to say this has now been resolved. My service provider had a Parallels engineer fix this :)

Hi, I am currently running Plesk 11.0.9 and want to upgrade to 12.0.18. The operating system is CentOS 5.9. In plesk manager it has a pre warning: "WARNING: SSO start-up script has wrong execution priority. Please see http://kb.odin.com/en/112666" but I followed the command instructions...
