    Same issue as reported here: https://talk.plesk.com/threads/pop3_issue_plesk-obsidian-18-0-73.389418/ We've had this issue affect a couple of clients (with the double-whammy of Dovecot crashing from the other issue before that), it's very frustrating. One wonders if any testing was done at all...

    This proposed solution doesn't apply to the issue described by the OP. We have had clients complain of the same issue of old mails being ingested as new, unread mail by the clients' mail clients after the 18.0.73 upgrade, presumably for the same reason.
