If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
i'm happy with ovh i've been using them for years bandwidth's what i mostly care which ovh offers unmetered.
In other hand google has ofcourse a better quality but higher costs as your project seems new you have many to see. i suggest keeping an eye on your bw usage because a mistake may cost a...
you need to monitor logs maybe you know which sites is being attacked? check logs for that site if you don't have much idea try post logs here (ofcourse cut out any important thing/your server ip)
i don't know what your site who's getting attacked is but the reason why i told you country ban is useless is because what attacker is trying is to make your website go offline so your visitors wont be able to access it and you're denying your site to your visitors while you should've filter...
denying access to all countries or enable cloudflare is a useless move since first one means nothing and second one can be bypassed. YES attackers can bypass cloudflare's browser authorization.
Who is your provider? Does he offer any kind of ddos protection? i mean if his firewall can't handle...

i've used GCP and i know this VPC for each additional IPv4 it's a kind of bad way to go
But since you got only 8 available IPv4 x machine i don't think google is a good place to run this kind of project if you have a high volume of reqs for dedicated ipv4 you could try something like ovh that...

without what? if you mean you don't have setup your additional IPv4 addr on your server then you should ask your provider how to, then add them on server.
can't really help about this because i use pagespeed for nginx i'll just tell you about my experience with pagespeed
in some sites it works in some it doesn't in some combines files in some nope you'll have to try debug ?PageSpeedFilters=+debug
what you're trying to reach into plesk i don't see being hard since all you got to do is go to settings and swap 2 options
Same stands for gcp ?! what's the problem with it? all you need to do there is open required ports and you're done.
Sorry for not replying faster i've not had much time. Just wanted to check if you've fixed this problem? i see that you didn't got any other reply that's because as i said ppl can't do much against 504 without having to see what are you running and full server logs. However.
Make sure that the...
