Hi, I didn't solve the problem. Instead of changing the domain name, I just added a new domain. But I really want to know why I could not just change the domain name, I guess it is something to do with the SSL Certificate in Plesk.

Hi, Changing the Plesk URL didn't resolve my problem. the website is showing Web Server's Default Page no Web site at this address. durovinshowroom.co.uk was my first domain when I set up the webserver, then I have changed with a different domain name. It seems it didn't work.

Hi, durovinshowroom.co.uk was the old domain nmae, it was changed to durovinbathroom.com. The problem is that durovinbathroom.com should direct to a proper website rather than https://www.durovinshowroom.co.uk:8443/ plesk login screen.

Thanks for your message I have created the DNS, and It is pointing to the right IP address. this is the new url www.durovinbathroom.com. But it kept redirecting to the old url.

Hi, I have changed the primary domain name in Plesk, but when I tried to access the website with the new URL, it showed no Web site at this address. However, when I changed back to the old domain name, it was fine. I am not sure there are any settings I also need to change. Can anyone help...

Hi, I have changed the domain in Plesk, all DNS settings are ok,, however, the new domain kept redirecting to the old domain when SSL/TLS support was selected. Can anyone help, Many thanks. J
