It's not firewalled at all. Disabling the firewall completely didn't help either.

I can confirm that there must be some connection problem for a whole while now. I've got the same issues on a plesk 12.0.x update since about two months. I've triggered the upgrade to 12.5.30 today in hope to get things solved. While the upgrade process was successful, the patching afterwards...
