I used to have the same problem and I can confirm that like @Ales mentioned How to download a huge backup file from Plesk None of the solutions mentioning about increasing timeout values worked for me. Yes it is cumbersome but now it seems it is the only way if you don't use remote ftp solution...
@Sergio Neuro you have access to your server via ssh but your plesk user interface is not working. There could be something happened while installation. Have you tried reaching server by using your ip address like https://server-ip-address:8443?

I have had the same issue. I'm just adding this for the people who will need this in the future. Editing stated php.ini file in phpinfo(); doesn't work. You should do it from Plesk Panel as it has been said above.
