Thanks tot the advice but it seems I was blocked out by the firewall. After a iptables --flush command through SSH the problem tot solved

Today I auto updated 39 packages and a few minutes later my website went down and I can no longer access plesk interface on port 8443, I get INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND Virtuozzo panel on my VPS is still running, can anyone help me?
