  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    I don't find the /opt/ directory... I didn't set up the server, a friend did, and gave me credentials to log into plesk dashboard. So I suppose there is Plesk installed somehow.

    Yes I used the command: ssh [email protected] Then I typed in my password I’ve read that I need to modify the file panel.ini but I cannot find it on the server. I don’t have the psa folder in the directory /usr/local/

    Thanks for your reply. When I run the commands with sudo the command isn’t found either. I have no way to set my user as root on plesk dashboard. I just have the option to allow ssh.

    Thanks for the input. I had set up SPF and DMARC records but it had not fixed the issue. I just had a nice green check mark on MX Toolbox… I never had issues before but I was using cloud hosting.

    Well, when I created the mailbox, it only has few options and none really concerned the server directly on plesk. I'll try to remove the DNS records (managed externally) but without the DMARC and SPF the emails were not sent.
