The chance is 100% that it is because your licens does not include "Application Vault" only way to use it is proberly to pay for the extension that activate it

i presume you talking about the automatic updates go to Server Management open Server settings locate "Automatically download and install updates" remove the X press ok Your done

It can be done in your hosting plans when openning a plan you find the option to change it in hosting parameters
