I did a dumb thing which was to add on /etc/ssh/sshd_config a line "AllowUsers developer"
And now i can't access the server with root by ssh or sftp.

Sorry, didn't realize i needed a special 7zip to unpack in this version of plesk. Still, some folders and files are missing and the web files are in the user files folder.
Gonna try to understand if it is a permissions problem

My domain is using 1788.9 MB (as said in plesk) but it only backups up the database (400mb). I've checked permissions and it is in the correct folder (/var/www/vhosts/domain.pt/httpdocs).
Whenever i download a backup the web files are missing.
