Hi trialotto,
it is always the same backup location.
What's interesting about it: A full backup, that is manually started through the gui is always working.
It is really strange....
Well here we go again. Suddenly I get the error report again. The incremental backups seem to work. Only the full ones fail
Unable to create the remote backup: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: (18) Transferred a partial file: The last FTP request: LIST: The last FTP...
Hi, thank you.
I will check the passive ports in the firewall against the ftpserver-config again.
Both servers have ipv4 and ipv6 enabled.
However this seems to be a one time error. The update is running without error messages (neither in the GUI nor through email) at the moment
What is interesting. I get a different error message now.
While the backup isn't failing in the panel anymore I get an email with the following message:
The FTPS-Server Location is configured to use passive mode.
Hi everyone,
I have a problem with my remote backup for a couple of days now. The automatic backups fails with the above error every night.
When I manually start a full server backup or an incremental one to the same remote space it is working.
What can I do?
Thank you!
I already disabled the option to count the backupspace used into the statistics in the serversettings and ran a recalculation of the statistics -> no help.
I ended up commenting out the empty mynetworks= config.
The postfix default is to accept from all local IPs. I guess that fixed the problem.
I just wanted to make sure, that everything will still work with outgoing mail limits etc.
I excepted Plesk to leave it blank on purpose.
Thx for the...

Both are running the same version.
When migrating subscriptions of a reseller I get the following error:
However: I tried to reset the resellers limits and resync, but it is not working. The reseller is using 44/100GB.

Hi. I have a brand new plesk server on Ubuntu 24.
Root Mails are configured to be sent to an external address through /etc/aliases.
However when "monit" tries to send me mails, I get the follow maillog message:
I noticed that the mynetworks= config field is empty in the main.cf

So for a disaster recovery of the whole machine I would need to setup a new host machine, install plesk with all the extensions and database-servers, firewall, etc. configured and than import a server-level backup. Is that correct?
Hi, I am using migrator to migrate Plesk -> Plesk same version.
On the destination server I have set the mailserver to use a single IP address to send mail from.
The migrator is ignoring the IP mapping and is setting the A-record of the transfered domain to the one setup as mail-ip.
