You have to create new Service Plans for the Reseller accounts. I also discovered that a Reseller can create an 'Unlimited' service plan as a Reseller and you can't restrict that yet. So you have to keep an eye out for that as some of our Resellers will automatically choose the Unlimited plan...

@TomBoB Did Digital Ocean change their DNS policy on you? I was just informed by Digital Ocean that I had to establish a billing history to use the free DNS service via the Digital Ocean DNS extension. But being that this is a free service there is no way to establish a billing history :\
I have a few emails from a migrated client that are gzip compressed. Plesk/Dovecot will not open them and I get the error:
failed: Cached message size larger than expected (1888 > 1155, box=INBOX.Sent, UID=3) (read reason=)
Tech support showed me that they were gzip'd from the previous server...
I want to give users the ability to set forwarders and auto responders but ONLY on their respective email accounts and to not have access to anything else or anyone else's email account in Plesk.
Is this possible?
Quick question re: RBL zen.spamhaus.org and public DNS resolvers.
We use the DigitalOcean DNS extension on Plesk. So DNS records are managed locally on the server then sync'd with Digital Ocean's DNS servers.
Is DigitalOcean considered a public DNS resolver?
I migrated this particular client from cPanel where they had the ability to do keyword filtering per email account. Having to have an administrator set up a new rule every time would be a huge waste of time for both parties.
