I don't know if its a bug or not but there seems to be a problem with the user roles and I wonder if anyone has got a solution... What I want is for a client to be able to log-in to Panel with their email address and its usual password and to have the ability to ONLY edit the spam settings...

I have set the server hostsname to cp.mycompany.co.uk and if I go to https://cp.mycompany.co.uk:8443 it directs to the Plesk Panel with no problems. I have installed an SSL certificate and applied it to the panel. So that part is all good. The issue is that if a customer uses their own domain...
